Finally, his search for justice appears to be over and his reconciliation within the local community can begin. For the ending, which is very satisfying, but also frustrating. William survives the suicide attempt, and so Aksel is confident that he will be tried and convicted for the murder of Karine. As the dust settles from the explosive finale of the first series, Aksel has the answer he so desperately sought. Instead, it drags out for 2 seasons with boring episode after boring episode. Brilliant acting, scenery to die for, did he/did she continually guessing.. Fabulous!

The scenery is beautiful, but the writing leaves something to be desired. 5 out of 8 found this helpful. Watch MHz Choice online, on your TV or favorite device! This series looks absolutely excellent to me and it appears to be full of superb acting (not to mention spectacular scenery and a compelling, complex and largely well-rounded storyline). A man formerly acquitted of murder goes home in this Norwegian drama from Walter Presents. The same production qualities as the first season, which I gave 5 stars, but all this could have been condensed into one or two extra episodes in the first season, or given a different arc so that it incorporated this material also.

Home. The only reason this did not get a 10 was because the woman who played Karine's mother drove me crazy, I have no idea if it was the acting or if it was just the constant crazy, either way she annoyed me to no end. You can still see all customer reviews for the product. I can't recommend it enough. I did feel the last episode wasn't as completing as I would have liked BUT my huge disappointment is the feeling that the distributors have badly let down and disrespected the entire production team with very poor subtitles and distribution errors like selling into an advertisement free platform but providing cropped episodes (e.g. Was this review helpful?
