I would never want to work there again. Some of the people pretend to be nice but are underhandedly belittling or bringing down others.Fast-paced, Innovative, Team-Oriented and Fun. I don’t stand for those things, and I certainly don’t stand for an organization that will push you out if you’re a person that speaks up. The teachers i worked with were very helpful and the students wanted to learn for the most part.Your schedule has to line up with the school's schedule since its in a classroom setting. Its all about what's best for them.Most individuals at AVID care about the student's success. They claim to be the best and when an employee decides to leave, they are treated poorly and told that they will never find a better company to work for than AVID Center. I experienced many of AVID’s true inner workings, and to put it bluntly and honestly, there was corruption and dishonesty at play.
