He speaks to Ryūko with a deep male voice and everyone refers to him with male pronouns, even though Kamui are technically agender entities. She asks for Senketsu to lend his power to her, despite any feelings of hatred he may have for her. Ryuko snatched Senketsu out of his hand and she began talking to him. In other words, attempting to separate the two could be fatal. However, Senketsu discovers that Shinra-Kōketsu's power was even greater than he had anticipated; the strain of absorbing it was causing him to disintegrate.
Ryuko stared on in abject horror, now mostly nude and still wielding her weapons, but afraid for Senketsu. During the battle, Satsuki is forced to tell Senketsu what to become in order to counter Junketsu; he notes that Satsuki's choice of forms are "interesting". "You ready to get our Senk back"Satsuki says turning around in her seat to look at me. Ryūko then uses her new power and the REVOCS satellite to command all Life Fibers on Earth to abandon humanity, stating that "humans are humans and clothing are clothing". With Absolute Submission disabled, Senketsu fuses with Ryūko and joins Satsuki in attacking Ragyō with the Scissor Blades. After Ryūko overwhelms Nui and severed her arms with the reclaimed Scissor Blades, Senketsu absorbs the Life Fibers of Nui's arms when they were rendered inert by the power of the Scissor Blades. Senketsu needs to absorb strains of Life Fibers to unlock his full power.
"OK,you ready to get senketsu back Ryuko"he asks i nod and smile. "OK what we need to do is take some of your life fibers and a piece of the clothing you have from when he left and put them into someone else and when they are it will be like rencarnation he will form in their body and we will get him out of their stomach""OK what ever it takes to get my senketsu back"i say"Ok lets get started with getting him back"he says,i nod and sit on the table he wanted me to sit on,he had me give him the piece of senketsu i still had,he then injected antistetics into me.Iori injected Ryu with antistetics which put her to sleep,he then took her shirt off and grabbed a scaple. If you do, I'll make you pay!" In desperation, Satsuki gives Senketsu to Mako and sends them to try and snap Ryūko out of her brainwashing.
It's seen that Senketsu's armor changes in these limited forms; in the first few episodes, the armor's skirt had no spikes, the eye crests were smaller and more compressed, and Ryūko's hair wasn't as spiky. Nui said, pulling her hand back for a second strike, only for Ryuko to grow enraged. Appearing as a living sailor uniform, he was created by Isshin Matoi and is found by his daughter Ryuko Matoi, becoming her ally in her battle against Satsuki Kiryuuin. Ryūko expresses her distress to Senketsu and the others on discovering that After Ryūko lands on the Naked Sun and begins destroying everything in sight, Satsuki requests Senketsu's assistance in stopping her sister, even though he may dislike her. She misses him so much. She refuses, stating she isn't human, but a Life Fiber monstrosity, just like him, leaving him shocked.
When she is about to be executed by Ryūko's Decapitation Mode, the Elite Four intervene.
