I tried to contact the seller to see if I could exchange it because I really like this mirror, but never heard anything back and unfortunately it's not returnable through Amazon because I purchased it through a 3rd party seller so I'm just out the $60. Bad design- poor assembly in factory- This company, 801 has NOT acknowledged my malfunctioning mirror and Amazon knows about this too. This mirror is the best I have ever used and is wonderfully priced.Package was wet and completely cover with mold, the smell was so strong and I thought the mirror will be damage but the mirror it is working but the way they sent it and it was horrible and unethical, I have to use gloves to touch the box and disinfect my item.this is the third unit with the same problem exist where the cordless plug connects to the unit, the receptacle that holds the end of the plug is not secured and soldered well to hold and breaks of not allowing the unit to be recharged.
