Hey there, I made this guide because I noticed some of the other guides were a bit outdated, so I've optimized the route a bit and added key items which will make the run significantly more comfortable for beginners. I'm in the Distant Village where there should be a dreamer as indicated by the mask on the minimap. They can be listened to and will all soothingly try to convince the Knight to sit on the bench in the middle of the room. The Dreamers are three beings who volunteered to be put into an eternal sleep in order to use their power to seal away the Hollow Knight.
The Distant Villagers are found in the entrance room to the Beast's Den in the Distant Village of Deepnest.. The Hollow Knight.
