How do I get my Kärcher product repaired under warranty ? Well Ok this a hard one. The battery literally started lasting 10 to 15 minutes and it was less than a month old.It was under warranty so was replaced and it never happened again.Admittedly, over time, as in 4 or 5 years, the battery life when fully charged will diminish by a few minutes up to 5 but this is to be expected if you compare rechargeable batteries for instance.Solution: Again, either replace the battery or window vac itself…be sure to check your warranty first.Ok so this one could be any number of things haha.
