I think I found it. Water fill tube (on the ice maker side) partially clogged by deposits.

It is like there is not electricity getting to the ice maker to make it cycle. All good there. If you just bought and installed LG refrigerator then it may take about 24 hours. The Water Dispenser dispenses water fine. (I lowered the temp a degree to see if that would help). From the valve I replaced, there is a water tube that runs up the back of the refrigerator and into a hole at the top rear.The link you posted does not seem to go to a diagram, where might I look for the second valve?AHA!

Took your suggestion and brought in a technician. This needed hot water to be poured to loosen and clean. It tends to want to pop up.
