Putting the Remington 700 in the TAC21 chassis makes it look like some sort of spacegun instead of the $600 bolt action rifle it really is. Timney makes some incredible “drop in” replacement triggers. Furnished with the Model 700 Tactical Chassis is the excellent Magpul Precision Rifle Stock (PRS), which is fully adjustable for elevation and length-of-pull. The Remington Model 700 action and MDT TAC21 chassis are an exceptional match. Accuracy was spot on and I was easily able to hold 1 MOA groups at 550yd under varying wind and temperature conditions and rapid fire (so, effectively probably 1/2 MOA gun).
