Screw this piece of garbage. Broken plastic bracket – Next one is the most common Samsung front-loading Washer VRT problem and what causing washer gets stuck on spin cycle; There is a bracket on the backside of the front-loading Samsung washer, which holds the harness to the drum. The washer should then go through a normal complete cycle. If this is happening to your unit, Test if the same thing happens while the unit is empty. After reading this thread I think it is obvious that there is a faulty part in our Samsung Washers. Technician advised not to run washer and now it has to replace drum and whole nineyard parts.

I am experiencing the same issues with my washer. It will get as low as 7 minutes then jump to 18 and start all over.

Let's hope that we all get the help we need. Question is , will this cost me money? When it gets loose or broken, it will trigger a vibration sensor causing machine jump from 6min left to 19min again or something like that.

However, my washer can’t get past the wash cycle.


Below taken from the repair order that the technician wrote up. Samsung tech support was supposed to call me back at 530pm yesterday to trouble shoot and no one called. Its stuck in the spin cycle. Washer stuck in spin cycle WF45K6500A Replaced the main sub main on the unit.

It seems to get to about 9mins and spins for about 5 mins only to go back to 15-16 mins and begin to rinse and spin again. I am only trying to wash baby clothes, it cant handle 30 baby outfits. My model WA5451ANW/XAA02 washer is stuck in a spin cycle.

If it does, then repairs are recommended.

My frustration is that I redesigned my laundry room to accommodate these monster machines I wanted, and since I bought this barely functioning piece of c**p, all of the things that belong inside the room are outside on the porch. (For now) - here is what happened during the service repair. Expecting same repair company to repair in coming days.

Then the repair guy will replace the wire harness a week later, but it wont fix anything. After thatx samsung will apologize, and promise to call the service center  who will call you within 48 hrs. Our washer is constantly getting stuck on the last spin cycle and reverting back to rinse and spin.



We bought this Samsung washer from The Brick (a Canadian retailer) in August 2017.Yes - my machine has the exact same problem.
