The lightweight but sturdy aluminum frame sets up easily and folds up compactly for easy moving and storage. I can't find this chair any more in costco. Hello @Nicole, I'm not sure whether there is a warranty for the Timber Ridge Camp Lounger Chair, but Costco in general has a pretty good return policy when it comes to defective products or items you're not completely satisfied with. Upright Or Reclining Sitting Feature The Aluminum Construction Makes It Lightweight Has An Attached Flip down Table and It's Easy To Fold Up. I'm not too sure what the chair is made of, but it looks like the chair could be made of some sort of polyester material.

If you want to contact the manufacturer, I learned from Costco that there is no Timber Ridge manufacturer. Ours broke, well the hinge up top did.
