Trigger points for pressure in temples are located in the Jaw, Neck, Face, Upper Back, and Scalp muscles. specifically around my temples, above my right eye and sometimes behind at the medulla oblongata.

Thanks! I mean it's very nice feeling. I have experienced a lot of this. I wonder if anyone here have similar experience? many times when i meditate i have been feeling pain in my head. Is this good, or is this bad? This is as a presence upon the top of the skull like St. Philips pictures show him to be with a flame there or like the Vedic Shakti dancing on the crown. It scared me quite a bit at the time, and I backed off meditation for a while. It should help to do some yoga asanas before and after meditation as well to help assist the body to let go of the old pain.

But after almost a week of resting without meditation, the pressure is still constant. Just continue meditating effortlessly and not minding the physical release process too much. I have felt pressure in the forehead, temples, teeth, cheeks, neck, along with other pricks and tingle and electric shock-type things throughout my body.
