I’m so confused on what is driving the pain.

I'm coming from a crappy 130 dollar Amazon leather office chair, am about 5'10.For the most part, everything fits pretty well. But when sitting upright, I felt that if the lower lumbar can dig deeper for about 2cm and if it can be firmer, then it would be a perfect chair.
