I tend to trailer fairly far at times, and I want a decent trailer. I would appreciate instructions for that as well if and when you have...Think we need to better understand what was happening when you were out there. So the thought of having a smaller boat that I can handle myself on a moments notice is the idea, but with the possibility of bringing another sailor along occasionally.

It makes it easier to slide in after the capsize. This is a feedback device that automatically sets the foil's lift (think airplane aileron) to maintain a (more-or-less) consistent foiling height....Mr. Webmaster has a good routine he might share. raising the boom height for less nimble
I'm not a Force 5 racer, but rather an 8-10 time a summer enthusiast. Includes: Dwyer DM-2 extrusion Sorry I was too lazy to bring it up myself..I have heard the Force 5 described as "A Laser for grownups".This is very useful advice. Could I get a kid, or another adult in this boat on occasion if I want to?
Hello. The FORCE 5 was designed in 1972 by Fred Scott and Jack Evans of AMF Alcort. I haven't seen the one locally here for sale, and won't be able to see it until tomorrow, so this could all be moot if the boat is too much of a project. Force 5 Class - Official site for the force 5.
Load up the boats and come enjoy a nice weekend of sailing on Lake Huron, comradery and probably buffoonery.
There is a double hull there, and for some reason they were not sealed that well in the hull with epoxy. That was the first time I met Byron. FROM THE ASHES OF EXTERMINATION! He thoroughly enjoys sailing itThe Force 5 was introduced by AMF/Alcort in response to the Laser. The trunk will likely be a project for the end of the season. During the evening I went with ChrisZ and sat outside Byron's camper, for a drink. Cable is dead…and now, the original X-Force team of Domino, Cannonball, Shatterstar, Boom Boom and Warpath. Very similar to the laser and very fun.
