I have 40 years of door shop operations and door industry service. Fortunately for us that's not much of an issue. Would like replacement windows, being they are suppose to be warranted for life. Home Depot experience was also disappointing but I will save that for another review. Horrible support from Jeld Wen Spent thousands of dollars of doors. If the factory had simply put a little wood glue on it I would have never noticed.
