From what I've seen and read, the R154, R151 and R150 tail housings will swap and so would require you to use a R154 with the R150/R151 tail to retain 4wd.Same reason mine isn't together. You would have to make a suitable 30mm spacer to fit a 154 onto a Surf bell and similarly have a R154 bell cut and shut 30mm etc. You can swap the tailhousings to accomodate 4wd on the supra trans.
